  Service Areas: What your VI-Agent handles

A Service Area is a fully supported functional domain (for example, Appointments, Collections, Support, or Sales) with its own flows, rules, and integrations.

Setup per Service Area (one-time fee) Price: USD 1,000

Includes:

  • Functional design of conversational flows and business rules.
  • Configuration of the agreed integrations (CRM, scheduling, business systems, etc.).
  • End-to-end testing and fine-tuning.
  • Guidance and support through go-live.

If the same topic behaves very differently by channel (for example, a fully open voice scheduling flow versus a button-guided chat flow), they are considered different Service Areas because they are designed, configured, and tested independently.

A dashboard to monitor conversations and metrics, manage channels and users, and a live chat inbox so your human team can take over when needed.

  Included channels

Integration with WhatsApp®, Web Chat, telephony (SIP Trunk / WebRTC), Instagram®, Messenger®, SMS, and email.
Channel-specific costs (Meta/WhatsApp, SMS gateway, voice carriers, etc.) are managed directly with your providers. With Viacuss, you only pay for AI capacity (AI Sessions and Voice Minutes) and the connectivity add-ons defined in this price list.

  Support and continuous improvement

  SMS included in each plan

The SMS gateway cost (carrier fees) is contracted directly by you. Viacuss manages and monitors the number of SMS sent through your flows, and if you need a higher volume than what’s included, just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
