What you get with every plan
A VI-Agent that handles voice and messaging 24/7, following the business rules defined for your company.
A Service Area is a fully supported functional domain (for example, Appointments, Collections, Support, or Sales) with its own flows, rules, and integrations.
Setup per Service Area (one-time fee) Price: USD 1,000Includes:
- Functional design of conversational flows and business rules.
- Configuration of the agreed integrations (CRM, scheduling, business systems, etc.).
- End-to-end testing and fine-tuning.
- Guidance and support through go-live.
If the same topic behaves very differently by channel (for example, a fully open voice scheduling flow versus a button-guided chat flow), they are considered different Service Areas because they are designed, configured, and tested independently.

The SMS gateway cost (carrier fees) is contracted directly by you. Viacuss manages and monitors the number of SMS sent through your flows, and if you need a higher volume than what’s included, just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
